“Remember Me” is a community-centered art installation and reporting project that honors the lives of victims of unsolved homicides in St. Louis.
In response to our reporting demonstrating the gap in mental health and other supportive resources for families impacted by homicide, The Marshall Project - St. Louis and St. Louis Public Radio are convening more than a dozen community organizations from across the city to connect with residents seeking support.
Additionally, the resource fair will feature six original portraits by local artist Cbabi Bayoc. Each depicts a young person who was killed — and whose family has yet to see justice — as their loved ones remember them: full of life, love and possibility.
All six illustrations will be on view at St. Louis Public Radio’s Community Room from Oct. 15 to Nov. 14. Please contact Brian Muñoz at bmunoz@stlpr.org or Leslie Davis at ldavis@stlpr.org on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to arrange a viewing.
