My Background

I have over 15 years of nonprofit communications and development experience. In my current role, I provide whatever writing our development needs to further our fundraising efforts and deepen our engagement with our donors.

Throughout my career, I have worked on a number of causes from coast to coast. I worked on prison reentry with the Safer Foundation in Chicago, health care access with the California Pan-Ethnic Health Network in Oakland, housing and homelessness with Health Care for the Homeless in Baltimore, and environmental justice with The Chesapeake Bay Foundation. I began my career as a sportswriter for The Progress-Index in Petersburg, Virginia.

I am based in Baltimore City.
