My Background

I’m a reporter and multimedia producer based in Brooklyn, New York.

I’m the host and creator of “Violence Week,” an investigative podcast series examining school policing through a controversy at my old high school. The series won Signal and Anthem Awards, was an Apple Podcasts Editor’s Pick and was named one of the “best podcasts to check out” by The Times of London.

Prior to The Marshall Project, I produced social video and podcasts for LinkedIn News. I’m a proud graduate of the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies and a co-organizer of Audio Spice, a collective hosting free sound-focused events in New York City.
