Natasha Matey

Human Resources Generalist

I specialize in Human Resources operations, project management and process improvement, with hands-on experience managing onboarding and offboarding. Currently, I lead human resource system implementations, including platforms for recruiting and performance management.

My Background

I am currently based in Houston but I am a New York native.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in human biology from Hunter College, and most of my human resources experience is in financial services and technology. I’ve been in roles that include operations, recruitment, employee relations and project management.
