Rahsaan Thomas is incarcerated in California. A staff writer for the San Quentin News and co-author of Uncaged Stories, he has been published in the Missouri Review’s Literature on Lockdown, Life of the Law and The Beat Within. At age 45, he became a member of the Society of Professional Journalists and is co-founder of Prison Renaissance (prisonrenaissance.org).
