I oversee the production, distribution, engagement, metrics, feedback and outreach of News Inside. I provide research and production assistance for Inside Story. I am also a co-chair of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.
My Background
A formerly incarcerated individual with lived experience, I am a self-taught journalist with a background in community engagement. I am also an expert in working with children of incarcerated parents, both personally and professionally. I ensure that incarcerated audiences receive award-winning, relevant, and accessible information. A Mercy College graduate, I am well-versed in corrections policies, and I speak Spanish fluently.
